Changi Airport in Singapore is globally perceived as the World’s best airport and it has the awards to prove it, winning the World’s best airport award at the annual Skytrax World Airport Awards six times in a row.
Now, the airport has taken it up a notch, transforming it’s terminals into the Wizarding World of Harry Potter with the help of Warner Bros. ,installing full-size replicas of locations featured in the Harry Potter books and movies including Hogsmeade Village and Diagon Alley.
Three of the Airport’s four terminals have turned into a Harry Potter fan’s dream, with Terminal 3 housing Hogsmeade village, the Hogwarts express train, Madam Puddifoot’s tea shop, Diagon Alley and Weasleys’ Wizard Wheezes.
Terminal 2 has the notorious Whomping Willow tree, while Terminal 1 is “Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald” themed.
The “Wizarding World Holiday at Changi’s” event opened on November 16 and will run till February 2019.
