Bayern Munich winger Franck Ribery allegedly attacked ‘beIN Sports’ journalist Patrick Guillou after their loss to Borussia Dortmund on Saturday,according to Bild
The club’s sporting director, Salihamidzic, confirmed there was an altercation.
The Frenchman, who ended the game well, had an altercation with a journalist of ‘beIN Sports’, Patrick Guillou, confirmed Salihamidzic. “He told us about an altercation with his compatriot, whom he has known for many years. We agreed with Guillou that we would talk at a meeting about how to address this issue,” the Bosnian said.
‘Bild’ went further and pointed out that Ribéry even slapped the journalist, something that was not confirmed by the alleged assailant. Other media asked him about the incident, but Guillou preferred to ignore them. Ribéry also reportedly gravely insulted his compatriot.
