Jurgen Klopp has revealed that struggling Mohamed Salah is not happy at his struggles in front of goal.
The Egypt international has only managed 3 goals in 7 PL games this season, a far cry from his tally at this same stage.
The former Roma attacker continued his struggles against Chelsea, missing a number of chances, before he was replaced just after the hour mark.
Klopp has admitted that Salah is not happy with his level of performance at present but is in no doubt that he will soon be back to his best.
“Of course not. How could he be? It’s a normal situation,” Klopp told reporters when asked if the Liverpool forward was happy with his early season form.
“But now that’s what you have a manager for. We will talk about it.
“It’s easy for me because I don’t read what you write, maybe the boys do a bit more but that doesn’t make too much sense at the moment because you will all dissect (the issue) – a big nice cut and you will find pretty much nothing.
“That’s how it is, no problem whatsoever. It’s all fine. As long as he is working like he works and gets into the situations that he gets in, I’m completely fine and everything will be okay.”
