2018 has provided a number of excellent movies that cut across all genres. The Month of September has particularly provided a number of interesting movies and if you are a movie freak, you should find time to watch the following movies.

This American biographical drama film wax directed by Ethan Hawke and is based on the life of country musician Blaze Foley. The screenplay by Hawke and Sybil Rosen was adapted from the novel Living in the Woods in a Tree: Remembering Blaze by Rosen.

The movie stars musician Ben Dickey as Foley and was released internationally in the early part of September.

Peppermint is a 2018 American vigilante action film directed by Pierre Morel and starring Jennifer Garner. The Movie also stars John Ortiz, John Gallagher Jr., Juan Pablo Raba, and Tyson Ritter.

The movie follows Jennifer Garner as a mother who sets out for revenge against the cartel that killed her husband and daughter. The film was released in the United States on September 7, 2018.

The Nun is a 2018 American gothic supernatural horror film directed by Corin Hardy and written by Gary Dauberman, from a story by Dauberman and James Wan. The Nun is a spin-off of 2016’s The Conjuring 2, and the fifth installment in The Conjuring Universe.

When a young nun at a cloistered abbey in Romania takes her own life, a priest with a haunted past and a novitiate on the threshold of her final vows are sent by the Vatican to investigate. Together, they uncover the order’s unholy secret.

Risking not only their lives but their faith and their very souls, they confront a malevolent force in the form of a demonic nun. The film stars Demián Bichir, Taissa Farmiga, Ingrid Bisu, and Jonas Bloquet.
