Jerome Boateng is rated “50/50” over whether he could move to PSG this summer, Bayern Munich president Uli Hoeness has said.
He told a reporter: “Only Paris is an option, if they pay accordingly, then we will deal with it. If they do not, he will stay with us and then everything is okay. I would say the odds are 50/50.”
When a player wants to leave and we have alternatives, then we busy ourselves with that. A decision will be reached in the next few weeks.”
Boateng, who won the World Cup win Germany four years ago, has missed 33 games due to injuries over the past two seasons, reportedly leading some clubs to wary about spending big money to sign a player with that injury history.
Manchester United tried to sign the Germany defender before the English transfer window closed on August 9.
