Nigeria international, Leon Balogun expects Liverpool to play a more intense game than United, when Brighton Hove and Albion face the Reds.
The centre back came on the 20th minute, after an injury to Dunk and impressed alongside Duffy.
Balogun is expected to get his full game debut against Liverpool on Saturday.
“Liverpool is going to be completely different,” Balogun told reporters.
“It is going to be a lot quicker and a lot more intense.”
The former Mainz 05 defender disclosed his talks of the division’s pace with his new teammates, who also informed him about United’s exception.
“But they told me this is always the kind of game you play against United,” Balogun added.
“They like to slow it down a little bit sometimes.”
