Arsenal are set to switch from their current kit partners Puma to a new deal with adidas from next year worth £60m.

Arsenal’s current deal with Puma was worth a reported £30m over five years and expires at the end of this season. adidas’ new proposed deal would begin next season, according to the Daily Mail

adidas are currently the kit sponsors for six other Premier League sides; Cardiff, Fulham, Leicester, Manchester United, Watford and Wolves.

It is thought that the additional money earned from this new deal could provide manager Unai Emery with a cash injection to his transfer kitty next season.

Emery has spent close to £70m in his first summer at the club, bringing in Matteo Guendouzi, Bernd Leno, Stephan Lichsteiner, Sokratis Papastathopoulos and Lucas Torreira.

Nike made Arsenal’s kits for 20 years between 1994 and 2014 but Adidas are set to take the reins next year.
