Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos feels no fear over the danger Liverpool’s scoring sensation Mohamed Salah will pose in the Champions League final

Sergio Ramos told The Mirror that Mohamed Salah is “just one of 11 players” his side will face on May 26.

Real Madrid eliminated Bayern Munich this week and Ramos now expects his team to beat Liverpool in the title game in Kiev and lift the Champions League trophy for a record third consecutive time.

Salah has had a superb first season with Liverpool with 43 goals in 49 games in all competitions.

“We have seen what Salah can do this season but he will just be one of 11 players we face against Liverpool,” Ramos said.

The veteran Spanish defender says he will embrace the challenge.

“Throughout my career, I have faced the best forward players in the world – many of them who are considered among the greatest ever,” Ramos said.

“For me, there is never a fear. A respect, yes, but never a fear.”
