Arsenal are interested in signing Roma midfielder Lorenzo Pellegrini.
The 21-year-old scored three goals in 37 appearances last season as Roma finished third in Serie A and reached the Champions League semi-finals.
Juventus are also interested in Pellegrini, whose current contract contains a £26m release clause.
Roma are interested in signing Atalanta midfielder Bryan Cristante as a replacement for Pellegrini if the Italy international leaves the club.
Lorenzo Pellegrini played a crucial role in Roma’s run to the Champions League semi-finals and made 36 appearances in all competitions.
Arsenal’s new manager Unai Emery could also swoop for Nice star Jean-Michael Seri this summer.
The Ivory Coast midfielder is also attracting interest from Chelsea, Manchester United and Borussia Dortmund.
