#BBNaija 2018 Day 43: The Emotions That Followed The Evictions

Why We Decided To Shoot Big Brother Naija In South Africa - Multichoice

About Seven weeks ago, 20 highly energetic housemates entered the #bbnaija house with the sole purpose of winning the various prizes that was on offer.

Unfortunately however, as time went and bonds were formed, the #bbnaija Housemates seemed to lose the reason and purpose with which they entered the competition in the first place.

With the eviction of the Lifu (Leo and Ifu Ennada) pair on day 42, we saw Alex crying as if the world was coming to an end. She even went on to say ‘Leo was the only person who understood me in this House.’

It’s however not the first time she has been seeing weeping as a result of the eviction of a housemate. When Van-Dee (Vandora and Dee-One) got evicted from the #bbnaija house, it was practically the same story.

As of today, the #bbnaija Housemates’ pairing will be dissolved and they will be contesting the prize individually, the exact way they got into the house in the first place. This will definitely bring about the much needed change in the #bbnaija house.

However, with all the feelings flying around in the House, be it legitimate or not, we are yet to see more cries.

When asked by Ebuka last night, Nina admitted that, initially the prize was her main priority but over the weeks all that has changed. Miracle on the other hand has his eyes on the prize and has not failed at any given opportunity to make this much known.

BamBam on her part, despite having some sort of ‘mutual agreement’ with Teddy A, it is clearly obvious that she cares deeply for him. It will be interesting to see how she plays the game going forward.

While it is a good thing that the #bbnaija housemates have found friendships and more in the House, but is it worth compromising the initial goal?
