Zinedine Zidane has informed his camp that he could leave Real Madrid at the end of the season, reports AS.
Zidane, who is in his third season in charge of Real Madrid, admitted at a press conference on Saturday that his job is “extremely tiring” and that change at the club could occur in the future.
According to AS, the Frenchman has informed his camp that there is the possibility that he could leave the Bernabeu in the summer, irrespective of the club’s results.
The 45-year-old began to assess his situation back in August and although he extended his contract until 2020 it would not be a problem if he opted to depart his post.
He has always maintained that his idea is to sit down with club president Florentino Perez at the end of each season to assess things and make a decision on whether to stay or not.
AS also adds that Zidane still wants to manage the French national team in the future.
