New Dortmund manager, Peter Stoger said he is out to milk the best out of the talents at the club, after a 2-0 win over Mainz.
Papastathopolous and Kagawa scored the goals for Dortmund in the second half of the fixture, to give Bosz’ replacement a good start.
Stoger is hoping to restore the quality of the squad at Dortmund, after securing their first win and clean sheet since September.
“My aim is simply to make the best use of the qualities of the players,” he told Sky Sport Germany.
“The timeframe before the game was tight. Overall, we are very pleased.
“At half-time we discussed a few things we wanted to correct. The second half was much better, we took control and maybe could have closed it out earlier.
“We showed in phases that we can play really good football.”
