Arsenal have reportedly agreed a deal for Sevilla midfielder Steven N’Zonzi.
Spanish publication El Gol claim the two clubs have reached an agreement for the former Stoke City midfielder, who has a buy-out clause of £35.2million.
Steven N’Zonziwould arrive at the Emirates for an initial £32.7m, with £2.6m in add-ons also part of the deal.
N’Zonzi had a bust-up with manager Eduardo Berizzo at half-time in the 3-3 draw against Liverpool last month and their relationship now appears to be beyond repair
N’Zonzi, who stands 6ft 3ins, was upset at his half-time substitution against Liverpool in the Champions League last month.
He is known to be keen to return to the Premier League and could be the big midfield enforcer Arsenal have been looking for since the days of Patrick Vieira and Emmanuel Petit.
