Defender Christoph Zimmermann has signed a new three-and-a-half year deal with Norwich City.
He has made 20 Sky Bet Championship appearances since his opening day debut against Fulham.
Zimmermann told the club’s official website: “I’ve mentioned it before, but in the summer I was just happy to have the chance to come here and play for Norwich City. It’s the best thing that could have happened for me.
“I’m looking forward to having some more years here.”
Christoph Zimmermann moved to Carrow Road on a free transfer from Borussia Dortmund II in the summer.
Head Coach Daniel Farke told the club website: “We are really happy with Christoph’s performances.
“He’s an intelligent guy. He’s adapted to Championship football very quickly.”
