Former Italy legend, Fabrizio Ravanelli has stated that he will bend over backwards, to bring Antonio Conte back to Italy.
Gian Piero Ventura was sacked after Italy failed to qualify for the World Cup, for the first time since 1958.
The Italian federation will be looking at important names for his replacement, but Ravanelli believes Conte is the solution.
“I’d bend over backwards to get Antonio Conte back,” Ravanelli told Tuttomercatoweb.
“I’d try to convince him in every way, because what he did with the national team was something great.
“He’s an innovator, and he really knows how to rebuild the whole environment.
“That’s how Germany did really well. The Azzurri shirt is something you have to sweat for and earn.”
