Lucas Digne has lauded Barcelona teammate, Marc-Andre ter Stegen as the best goalkeeper in the world, after keeping Juventus at bay.
Bayern Munich’s Manuel Neuer and United’s David De Gea have been debated as the best between the sticks.
However, Ter Stegen was on his toes against Juventus and stopped Costa and Dybala from getting the win, as the match ended in a goalless draw.
“For me, Ter Stegen is the best goalkeeper in the world right now,” Digne told reporters.
“He is playing at an extremely high level.”
Barcelona qualified for the last 16 of the competition, despite their goalless draw.
“We continue to work hard and are happy to be here,” Digne said. “We want to continue to play without losing.”
