Juventus have secured a pre-agreement to sign Empoli starlet Hamed Junior Traore, reports TuttoJuve.com.
The Serie A champions have ramped up their interest in the 17-year-old midfielder and TuttoJuve.com reports that a pre-agreement has been reached between all parties ahead of a future transfer.
Hamed Junior Traore is the latest prospect to emerge from Empoli’s impressive youth setup and scored nine goals and added eight assists for the Primavera last season. This year, he’ll be with the senior side, as they attempt to earn promotion to Serie A.
Juventus and Empoli have a fantastic relationship and do business with each other constantly. Joel Untersee currently plays for the Azzurri on loan, while the two clubs worked together in the Matheus Pereira deal. Marcel Buchel, Daniele Rugani and Andres Tello also switched between the two sides in recent years.
