The Nigerian Army has reacted to a video – which has been circulated on the social media – which shows its personnel torturing some members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
In the almost three-minute footage, which was posted by Sahara Reporters, a flag of Biafra could be seen on the ground in front of the men who laid face down, while they were eventually flogged and forced to drink and sleep inside the dirty swamp water.
