Celtic manager, Brendan Rodgers has hit out at Paris Saint-Germain for their transfer policy in the summer transfer window.
Rodgers Celtic side were drawn in the same group as the Ligue 1 giants, alongside Bayern Munich and Anderlecht.
PSG will be the main focus of the group, following the acquisition of Neymar for €222 million. They are also looking to sign Kylian Mbappe.
“If they sign Mbappe, you can rip it up. Since it was brought in you could argue it’s gone the other way. It’s obscene now.
“It is frightening when you look at what you’d consider to be an average player at a valuation between £20-30m, but it works its way down. There are players in the English Championship going for £15-17m.”
