Bayern chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge says Blues boss Antonio Conte expressed interest in Renato Sanches after the clubs’ friendly in Singapore on Tuesday.
“There are at least 10 teams after Sanches,” Rummenigge told Gazzetta dello Sport.
“Conte asked for some information about him after Tuesday’s match because he knows he can make the difference in the middle of the pitch.
“The lad wants to play regularly but Ancelotti was pleased with his performance against Chelsea.
“We’ll make our evaluations later but if he does leave then he almost certainly will go on loan. We’re still counting on him.”
Sanches made just 17 Bundesliga appearances last season and is keen get more games this term ahead of the World Cup in Russia.
Conte is on the lookout for another midfielder as Nemanja Matic looks set to depart and join Manchester United.
The Blues have already spent big this summer with the arrivals of Alvaro Morata, Tiemoue Bakayoko andAntonio Rudiger.
