Antalyaspor are in talks with Arsenal over a move for Jack Wilshere, the Turkish club have confirmed.
Wilshere, who has 12 months left on his current Arsenal deal, was the subject of an initial £6m offer from Serie A club Sampdoria last week, according to Sky in Italy.
Antalyaspor president Ali Safak Ozturk has now revealed his interest in bringing the midfielder to the Turkish Super Lig, but Arsenal’s demands may prove a stumbling block.
“We made an enquiry and are in talks but Arsenal want a lot for Wilshere,” he said.
“It will be a difficult move to pull off.”
Wilshere has also been linked with a move to West Ham this summer but it understood that the Arsenal man is not an immediate priority for Slaven Bilic.
