2017 UTME: JAMB Releases Results For Supplementary Exams

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) on Friday released the results of the 2017 university admission supplementary exams that held on July 1.

JAMB Denies Releasing Cut-Off Marks For 2017 UTME

The supplementary Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) was aimed to allow candidates who registered late for the initial exams, and those will related challenges, the opportunity to write the computer-based test (CBT).

JAMB Releases UTME Results For 742,906 Candidates

No less than 85,000 candidates were expected to write the test.

Meanwhile, to check your 2017 UTME result online for free, follow the simple steps below:

– Go to JAMB portal at http://www.jamb.org.ng/ResultChecker/CheckUTMEResults

– Login with your Email or Registration number.

– Click on ‘Result Notification’ from the list of services, or you should find a box that says “Check 2017 UTME Examination Results”.

– Click on it to access your JAMB score.

– If selected, and it displays “No Result Yet”, Don’t panic, as JAMB usually release the results in batches.

The apex exam body had earlier released 1,606,901 results out of the 1,718,425 that registered in the initial exam.

JAMB Cancels Results Of 59,698 Candidates, Blacklists 48 CBT Centres, Suspends 24 Others

It also announced the blacklisting of 72 of the 600 Computer Based Test (CBT) centres used for the 2017 UTME across the country over examination malpractices.
