Watford have completed the signing of Will Hughes from Derby.
The England U21 midfielder joins on a five-year contract for an undisclosed fee which 360Nobs believes is an initial £4.5m, plus add-ons.
Will Hughes made his Derby debut as a 16-year-old in 2011 and went on to play 190 times for the Championship club despite missing most of the 2015/16 season with a damaged cruciate.
The 22-year-old is the first new arrival at Vicarage Road since Marco Silva replaced Walter Mazzarri as boss.
The club say the midfielder will complete the move when he returns from Poland, with England Under-21s waiting to find out their semi-final opponents.
