Borussia Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke has said star striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang would only consider an offer from Real Madrid or Barcelona.
“I think he will stay with us,” said Dortmund CEO Watzke, speaking onSport1’s Doppelspass programme.
“But if Real Madrid or Barcelona come along with an offer, maybe he’ll think about it. The rest of the clubs who are interested in him are not really an alternative for him. And certainly not Bayern because we wouldn’t allow him join them”.
Aubameyang is under contract with Borussia Dortmund until 2020
He finished last seasons as the Bundesliga’s second top scorer on 25 goals, just behind Bayern’s Robert Lewandowski, who hit 30. This season, Aubameyang is already on 25 goals with six games to play.
