Day 74 happened to be the birthday of Karen Igho and she alongside Ebuka visited the #BBNaija housemates to celebrate with the housemates.
Both visitors have had a first hand experience being contestants on the Big Brother show and both have gone on to enjoy massive success in their respective fields.
Ebuka was the first to enter the House before revealing and introducing the special guest, Big Brother Africa winner, Karen to a thunderous applause.
The Housemates and visitors soon sat around the dining table munching on cake and drinking champagne as they discussed like old friends with the visitors.
Karen doled out advice to the #BBNaija housemate, telling them to brace themselves for enemies that were going to come their way trying to be friends. She told the Housemates how people mocked and called her ugly before the show but commended her for her beauty as soon as she’d won the money. She however also cautioned them not to over indulge and get arrogant, telling them to “Always remember where you come from. Don’t walk over people.”
The #BBNaija Housemates were impressed with her with TBoss, Bisola and Efe all noting that she was as real as real gets. She asked the #BBNaija to treat her to some music, given that it was her birthday and they complied with Debie-Rise singing her Happy Birthday before Efe and Bisola dropped rap verses in her honour.
Ebuka on his part had words of wisdom for the Housemates. Having gotten knocked out of the running before winning, he revealed how his career didn’t take off until nearly six months after his Eviction.
He told the Housemates will have lots of love but that they shouldn’t be discouraged if the money doesn’t start rolling in immediately.
He also told the #BBNaija Housemates how he became depressed after Eviction because he was a lawyer and had no background in entertainment, which made winning the money his main objective. Lastly,
Ebuka told them to find what they were good at and pursue that because they might find success outside of the limelight, citing the first Big Brother Naija winner Katung as an example of someone who’s enjoyed monumental success, behind the scenes.
Soon enough, they were done chatting. Ebuka said he was hungry and Marvis whipped him up a quick meal.
Ebuka also revealed that Jon and Ese were fake Housemates and there were no other left in the House which only left everyone speculating who the third one was with people seeming to settle on Bally.
They then danced and drank champagne before the buzzer sounded for Ebuka and Karen to leave.
