West Ham are considering making a summer bid to sign Juventus striker Mario Mandzukic, according to The Sun.
Slaven Billic is reportedly desperate for a regular goalscorer at the London Stadium, with the Hammers making their interest in the player known for the last 18 months.
Mario Mandzukic has scored five goals in 25 Serie A appearances so far this term and is inside the final 18 months of his contract.
To avoid losing him for nothing in summer 2018, Juve may be open to selling him at the end of this season for a bargain price.
However, West Ham may need to hold off the attention of Besiktas, who are also keen on landing the former Bayern Munich star.
According to reports, Mandzukic is their No.1 target as they attempt to finally replace former loan favourite Mario Gomez, who decided against a permanent stay in the summer
