Real Madrid’s hopes of signing Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois at the end of the season appear to have been ended by the Belgian who, when asked about a move to Spain, said: “Right now I’m enjoying the successes we have here and I’m focused on it. I’m really enjoying myself here and I’m focused on finishing the league and winning it.” (Mundo Deportivo)

But Madrid are still expected to be in the hunt for a goalkeeper this summer after Keylor Navas scored an own goal in Saturday’s 2-1 win over Real Betis before narrowly avoiding being sent off.

Barcelona’s hopes of signing Arsenal right-back Hector Bellerin have, apparently, been boosted by Manchester City’s interest in Bayern Munich’s Joshua Kimmich.

City boss Pep Guardiola worked with Kimmich at Bayern Munich before moving to the Etihad Stadium in the summer and is keen to work with the 22-year-old utility man, paving the way for Bellerin to move to the Nou Camp. (Don Balon)

Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Marco Verratti, who is a Juventus transfer target, is now also wanted by Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho

Verratti’s agent, Donato Di Campli, has said the Italian international could be forced out of the Parc de Princes if he continued to receive criticism and Old Trafford is a new alternative to Turin. (Mundo Deportivo).

Juventus midfielder Sami Khedira could be in line for a romantic return to first club Stuttgart. But the German World Cup winner does not plan to move back to the Bundesliga just yet.

He said: “Stuttgart are my favourite team and I am proud they are the only German jersey I’ve worn in my life. In the future I will return to lend a hand, perhaps in a different role, but first I will play for a while. (La Repubblica)

In the meantime, Juventus will focus their attentions on tying young striker Moise Kean to a new deal. The 17-year-old has made just three appearances for Max Allegri’s side this season but is highly regarded at the Juventus Stadium and will, reportedly, be offered a new long-term deal to remain with the reigning champions. Juventus coach Allegri will also look to bolster his midfield this summer with the a double swoop for Lyon’s Corentin Tolisso – who has scored six times from midfield this season – and Anderlecht’s Youri Tielemans.

Belgian international Tielemans has four years remaining on his contract with the Belgian champions and would reportedly cost up to £25m. Tolisso has already been linked with Arsenal and Chelsea. (Tuttosport)

Germany

Bayern Munich forward Kingsley Coman, who is on loan from Juventus, is attracting attention from the Premier League and is a Manchester City and Chelsea transfer target.

The 20-year-old, who has scored twice in five Bundesliga starts during an injury-plagued season, can be purchased by Carlo Ancelotti’s side for €21m this summer but there will be a three-way tussle for the Frenchman’s services. Chelsea will reportedly offer €60m while City’s bid is believed to be closer to €50m. (Bild)
