Everton Preparing Second Bid For Swansea’s Gylfi Sigurdsson

Everton are preparing for life after Romelu Lukaku and will again target Swansea’s Gylfi Sigurdsson, reports The Liverpool Echo.

A £28m offer was reportedly rejected last summer but Ronald Koeman remains keen on the Iceland international.

Everton’s hopes of landing Sigurdsson would be boosted if the Swansea slipped down into the Championship but they have a three-point cushion and have improved under Paul Clement.

Gylfi Sigurdsson has scored eight Premier League goals this season and is the club’s second highest scorer.
