The stage of the #BBNaija show saw action a the 8th Eviction Show as Reekado Banks and the DNA Twins delivered entertaining performances.
Reekado Banks kicked things off with hypnotizing notes of his hit “Oluwa Ni”, as he had back dancers and vocalists jiving and swaying to his sweet voice.
Next on stage was the DNA Twins who performed their “How Can” Afro-pop tune to the delight of the audience who got infected with the energy the duo exuded on the stage.
Soon after, Reekado Banks was back on stage to close the show as he blew away the audience with his well crafted song, “Ladies and Gentlemen”.
After the eviction of ThinTallTony from the #BBNaija house, and as the live shows was in progress, Big Brother announced that the remaining Housemates should make their way into the Arena which was filled with colourful balloons.
The Housemates were soon informed that they were to compete for a very important Head of House challenge which will guarantee the winner the Ultimate Head of House Card.
Big Brother went ahead to tell the #BBNaija housemates that the meaning of the card would be revealed on Monday Night.
The Housemates were expected to pop the balloons and search for the letters that spelled the words – Head of House. The first person to successfully spell the word out would win the new title of Ultimate Head of House.
Soon enough, Big Brother told the #BBNaija Housemates to Freeze and then got them popping balloons. He first told them pop the balloons using their bums, before asking them to switch to their hands once again.
As the Housemates laboured through the task, the sounds of popping balloons filled the Arena as some of the #BBNaija Housemates got visibly flustered.
TBoss seemed to want to win the challenge as her frustration could be seen as each piece of paper that didn’t correspond to what she needed was thrown to the floor angrily.
Debie-Rise searched frantically for a single letter “d,” and she was close, yet so far and it was obvious that Big Brother opted for a game of patience. so close yet so far.
Bally appeared flustered by the sheer volume of balloons in front of him as he and Bisola discussed the futility of the Task ahead.
Debie-Rise was the closest that came to winning but it was a triumphant Efe who held out his spelt words and was soon pronounced the ultimate Head of House at the end of the Task.
