#BBNaija Live Show 7: Housemates Deliver Their ONE AFRICA Campaign Song

share on:

The past week had the #BBNaija Housemates working diligently with their presentations and rehearsing a song they composed for the ONE AFRICA campaign.

This followed a visit by renowned Nollywood actor turned politician Desmond Elliot and the One Africa Director Nachilala Nkombo.

The #BBNaija Housemates delivered one of the most moving renditions of the song “Let’s educate a girl… together we can be One” for the audience on the Live Show.

Bassey and Marvis were seated on the front row and they both handled the drums, next to Debbie-Rise, who employed her sonorous voice and strummed away at her guitar which has become synonymous with her.

Seated at the back was TBoss, Bisola, Bally, Efe and ThinTallTony shaking a shekere gourd while they also provided background vocals.

Earlier in the week, the #BBNaija Housemates had positively impressed the ONE judges who expressed deep satisfaction with their various presentations. Their performance at the Live shows was a good one, as all their voices vibrated as One.

After the performance of the #BBNaija housemates, Ebuka took former Big brother Africa Housemate now turned musician, Tayo, who had earlier performed his songs backstage for a chitchat.

He started off by asking Tayo about his experience in the House saying “How was the journey for you?” Tayo responded by saying “I knew I was going to make fans but I didn’t expect so much love.”

He also said that he had also experienced rough times but he has generally had an amazing time.

Ebuka went on to say the show was going to end in a few weeks and asked what was going on in Tayo’s mind towards the end when he was a Housemate.

Tayo said he wasn’t thinking about the money until the very end where he was tired and got angry a lot of the time, saying he had to remind himself not to let himself and Africa down.

The ex-Big Brother contestant went on to advise the #BBNaija Housemates not to lie to their fans. He told them not to deceive themselves and remember to be true.

He went on to say it will be difficult to get endorsements and success if they didn’t have any fans.

He also advised the Housemates that when the money finishes, they will be left with their fans and they should remember to make their fans fall in love with them.
