The #BBNaija Housemates have been hard at work at their song task which entered the second stage and they were taken through a music video training session.
Big Brother brought in cinematographer and film director, T-Base to take the Housemates through the rudiments of film making, which entailed teaching them how to handle some of the equipment used in recording a video.
The theme of the week is “Nigerian Entertainment Week”, and the #BBNaija Housemates are expected to compose a song, shoot a music video for the song and also make a short film.
Big Brother had earlier on day 57 sent in music producer and songwriter, Don Jazzy and new kids on the block, the DNA Twins to help the Housemates with their song composition.
The ultimate Head of house, Efe started the day by reading out Task brief, where Biggie explicitly stated that the #BBNaija housemates had a lot to cover, with very little time.
Big Brother had told them that they will have to shoot their own videos, using the limited equipment and resources that they have.
He also made it known to the housemates that they will need to rely on their creativity, if they were to be successful at the task.
The #BBNaija Housemates had welcomed T-Base into the House with excitement and it was obvious that they were all eager to learn as they asked the cinematographer questions every now and then.
To commence the training, T-Base made it known to the #BBNaija housemates that one of the first things they needed to check was the camera battery.
He then asked the Housemates if they had already come up with a story line for their video but they were a little unsure first, before saying they had played around with a few ideas.
He proceeded to show the Housemates how to set up the camera and use the props.
Soon enough, the Housemates put their training into action with the help of T-Base and they were able to handle the cameras suitably well.
