#BBNaija Day 53: Housemates Join Forces After Gruelling Tasks

share on:

The #BBNaija Housemates competed against each other in the pairs Big Brother chose for a series of grueling Tasks on day 52.

The first challenge of the day was the frozen food Task where the Housemates were required to eat a frozen slab of chocolate with a fork and knife.

The paired rivalry took another dimension when the #BBNaija housemates were summoned into the Arena for the Woolly Web Task where they were expected to navigate through a webbed obstacle course, blindfolded and work their way through a rope maze in order to finish first and claim victory.

On completion, the Housemates found bowls of ice-cream waiting for the winners in the House.

In both Tasks carried out, ThinTallTony beat Efe, TBoss beat Bisola, Marvis beat Debbie-Rise and Bally beat Bassey.

Of all the #BBNaija Housemates, Efe appeared not to take the loss in good stride as he seemed to be in a bad mood after the Task.

He explained that he was a winner at heart and didn’t like coming second best.

Later on in the day however, Big Brother asked the Housemates to create a poster in the same pairs as the day before.

The poster containing their artworks should highlight the plight of the homeless, underprivileged or any other group of marginalized people.

As soon as Bassey called up a meeting to read the task brief and tell the #BBNaija housemates what they were expected to focus on, Efe and ThinTallTony immediately moved outside to get started.

Not long after, all the other Housemates joined them outside to work on the task in their chosen pairs. Bisola started fooling around and speaking in a posh, British accent as she flirted with all the males.

She particularly seemed to annoy ThinTallTony as she screamed, “Oh Master Tony! Please paint me with all your brushes!”, eliciting laughter from everyone and an unpleasant snare from ThinTallTony who seemed annoyed at been disturbed from focusing on getting his paintings done.
