#BBNaija Day 50: Bassey Becomes New Head Of House

share on:

Big Brother called the #BBNaija Housemates into the lounge and gave them information relating to the Task of selecting the new Head of House.

Most of the Housemates seemed taken aback and unprepared, especially Efe who was half naked but Big Brother soon called him to order and told him to get dressed up immediately.

The sharp instruction elicited a few giggles from the other Housemates but Efe seemed not to be bothered.

Soon enough, Big Brother brought in one of his ninjas who had with him a hat full of numbers.

The #BBNaija Housemates were then required to draw out numbers from the hat which helped to dictate the order in which they’d take turns completing the task.

All the #BBNaija Housemates were then instructed to move into the Arena where they found a large table with several cups placed upside down with each cup having a stone underneath it.

The #BBNaija housemate who was lucky enough to find a blue stone underneath their cup would become victorious and be crowned the new Head of House.

A white stone on the other hand meant immediate disqualification and a clear stone meant that the Housemate had another shot at the game.

ThinTallTony was the first to have a go at the game and he picked a white stone which meant he automatically lost his head of house title after a two week winning streak.

The Big Brother Ninjas then shuffled the cups around before the other #BBNaija Housemates had another go and this time around, Bassey picked the lucky, blue stone becoming Head of House for the first time.

Bassey was ecstatic at winning the title and thanked everyone during his coronation for their support, noting that holding the staff of office felt great.

He also made it known to his fellow Housemates albeit jokingly, that he was going to call for regular meetings as a means of getting on their nerves which elicited laughter from the rest of them.
