#BBNaija Day 47: Bassey Wins The Arena Games Once Again

share on:

Week 7 in the #BBNaija house seems to be a week of retaining prominent positions in the House for the housemates.

First off, it was ThinTallTony who retained his Head of House position on Monday, while Bassey retained his position as winner of the PayPorte Friday Night Arena Games after recording a time of 01:30.

ThintallTony and Efe gave a good fight and recorded times of 01:55 and 01:57 respectively.

Bassey had emerged the winner of last week’s game, after recording a time of 00:45 that left everyone speechless.

The obstacle course for the week required the #BBNaija housemates to be blindfolded, while they moved an object through a maze.

They are then required to go over and under an obstacle, crawl through a tunnel, swing from one platform to another, climb to the top of a slide and slid down again, then step on several blocks and finally, use a sling to hit several tins stacked together.

Bally was the first to go and after 04:00, he was buzzed off the game. Next up was Debbie-Rise, who was also buzzed off.

Efe was next and he recorded a time of 01:57, making it the fastest time at that point. It was only after Bisola, who was also buzzed off the game that Bassey came through, beating Efe’s time.

ThinTallTony also gave a good fight, with a time of 01:55 but it still wasn’t good enough to beat Bassey’s time.

While announcing the winner, Big Brother said, “Lightening did strike twice, ultimately! At 01:30, Bassey you are the champion! You will receive a luxury treat from Biggie and you are to choose one Housemate to share your prize with.”

Bassey decided to choose Bisola, who was noticeably shocked and excited as she hugged Bassey and thanked him for choosing her.

The #BBNaija Housemates were then asked to move back into the House, where they found several treats waiting for them. They settled down, chatting and singing while they enjoyed their treats.
