Barcelona are interested in re-signing Gerard Deulofeu, according to Barcelona official Robert Fernandez.
The winger, who is owned by Everton but is currently on loan at AC Milan, has a buy-back clause with Barcelona in his Everton contract.
The 23-year-old has looked reborn in red and black after struggling to impress under manager Ronald Koeman. Barcelona have admitted that they have the “possibility” of buying the winger back for £10.3m.
“We have the possibility to sign him back and we are following him. He didn’t play at Everton, now with Milan he’s finding space and he has been called up again with the national team. Let’s see what will happen. We can sign him for 12 millions euros,” Fernandez told Cadena Ser.
On June 25, 2015 Gerard Deulofeu moved to Everton for 6m euros, signing on until 2018. Barcelona had an option to buy him back for 9 in June 2016, and 12 in June 2017.
Everton also reserve the right to put him up for sale to other sides, with a release fee clause of 18m euros.
