Arsenal set to make offer for Leicester wonderkid Terell Pennant but Manchester United are also in the hunt, according to the Daily Mirror.
Gunners scouts watched the 14-year-old score both goals as Leicester under-16s beat Southampton 2-1 on Saturday.
They are ready to make an offer for one of England’s best teenage talents which would be based on career achievements like first team appearances, goals and international debut.
Pennant is a regular for the under-16s, is involved in the England circuit and has already trained with the first team despite his age.
But Pennant has yet to sign a contract and his deal is up at the end of the season which has alerted several clubs
