Atletico Madrid are in a good position to qualify for yet another UCL quarterfinal after winning 4-2 away against Bayer Leverkusen.

Bayer Leverkusen were looking to revenge crashing out at the hands of the La Liga outfit in 2014-15.

However, Saul Niguez and Antoine Griezmann put Atletico ahead by two goals going into the break.

Bellarrabi pulled one back early in the second half, before Gameiro converted a penalty for the away side.

A Stefan Savic own goal followed soon after, giving Leverkusen a chance to stage a late onslaught.

Atletico gained control again late in the game, with a Fernando Torres header put the game beyond doubt.

Comeback Victory For City In Eight-Goal Thriller Against Monaco

It was an exciting and electric match between Monaco and City at the Etihad stadium, that ended 5-3 in favor of the home side.

Sterling opened the scoring for City, before Falcao headed in the equaliser and Mbappe put Monaco in charge before the break.

The second half saw Falcao handed the chance to extend the scoreline to 3-1 from the spot, only for his tame penalty to be saved by Caballero.

Falcao was left to rued that missed opportunity, as Aguero equalised for City. Three minutes later, Monaco were in front again 3-2 after a brilliant chip from Falcao.

However, before the final whistle Manchester City scored three goals in 11 minutes to complete the comeback, thanks to goals from Aguero, Stones and Sane.
