West Ham have announced on social media they’ve agreed to sell wantaway player Dimitri Payet to Marseille for £25 million.
The frenchman joined West Ham from Marseille in June 2015 and was a revelation to watch in his first EPL season.
His performance helped the Hammers secure a seventh place finish and he was called up to play for France.
However, since moving to the London Stadium West Ham have not been able to replicate last season’s form and Bilic confirmed that Payet revealed he doesn’t want to play for the club anymore.
Marseille emerged as favourites to sign the playmaker, but two offers have been rejected, with West Ham hoping to get £30 million for his sale.
