LeBron James is unhappy with the Cavaliers recent poor form, and hopes the franchise can do something about it.

Cavs lost 124-122 to the New Orleans Pelicans, who were without Anthony Davis. It is their fifth loss in their last seven games.

James believes they have an ill equipped roster and hopes the defending champions are unhappy with their form.

“I just hope that we’re not satisfied as an organization,” James told a small group of beat reporters who travel regularly to cover Cleveland’s road games. “I just hope we not satisfied.”

“We’re not better than last year,” James said. “From a personnel standpoint.”
