Hull City have signed Inter Milan defender Andrea Ranocchia on loan until the end of the season.
Hull City manager Marco Silva was desperate for reinforcements after losing key defender Curtis Davies to injury.
Ranocchia has played just nine times for Inter this season and has fallen out of favour with new manager Stefano Pioli
His time at Inter has been the most impressive of his career, with his 150 appearances helping him win 21 Italy caps, after starting his career with Arezzo and then Genoa.
Hull have already signed four new players this month with more expected to arrive before the 11pm deadline
