Bayer Leverkusen have confirmed the signing of Genk winger Leon Bailey for around £11.5m.
Leon Bailey has been watched by a number of European clubs in the last six months, including Manchester United and Chelsea, with the Red Devils having sent their chief scout to assess the youngster.
Bailey, who can play on either wing and had made 35 appearances for Genk this season, scoring eight times and creating 10 more.

“With Leon Bailey, we have once again been able to secure a promising player to us for a long time,” managing director Michael Schade told the club’s website.
“This boy also stood at the top of the wish-list for many other European clubs. We are all the more fortunate that we have been able to resist such strong competition.”
Bailey, who has also previously played in Slovakian with Trencin, was named Belgium’s young player of the year last season and is looking to continue his development with Roger Schmidt’s attacking side.
