Laurent Koscielny is ready to sign a new contract with Arsenal, according to reports in France.
The France international has become one of the most reliable centre-backs in the Premier League over the last five years and was part of the France side that made the final of Euro 2016.
The 31-year-old, according to RMC, is set to commit his long-term future to the club
Koscielny’s current deal expires in the summer of 2019 and will reportedly be extended by a further year.
Arsenal will be hoping that the 31-year-old’s decision to sign on will be the first of many, as talks over new contracts for Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil continue.
