Galatasaray are set to make a January move for Liverpool defender Mamadou Sakho, according to TalkSport.
The Frenchman, 26, has been on the periphery at Anfield this season, with boss Jurgen Klopp recently stating that a switch away next month could be a possibility.
As such, he is expected to leave the club in January with a long list of clubs said to be keen on landing the 26-year-old former Paris Saint-Germain man.
One of those is West Brom, who still believe Sakho can be a success in the Premier League, but they will face fresh competition from Turkey for his signature.
According to Fanatik, Galatasaray are in the market for a new central defender when the window opens and believe the Frenchman fits the bill.
It has been suggested that they will approach Liverpool about a loan deal until the summer when they will make the move permanent.
