Valencia have now joined the race to sign on-loan West Ham striker Simone Zaza, according to reports in Spain.
The Hammers took the Italy international on loan from Juvenus last summer, with a view to buy the player outright at the end of the season if he plays a certain number of games for the club.
But with Zaza still looking to score his first goal for West Ham, Valencia boss Cesare Prandelli is hoping to lure the 25-year-old to the Mestalla in January.
Napoli looked to be the only club interested in doing a deal for the Italy international.
But now, according to the Gazzetta dello Sport, Valencia are also considering a move to sign the striker.
The Spanish club are said to be exploring their options when it comes to signing him and will make their approach ahead of the January window.
