France international Mathieu Valbuena says he is not considering leaving Lyon when the transfer window re-opens in January.
The midfielder, 32, has managed only two league starts for Lyon this term, but insists he wants to continue at the Ligue 1 club.
Speaking to RMC, he said: “I am at my club, I have a contract for a year and a half. I will not leave it, I am very professional. I also want to continue at Lyon because I do not like to abandon a project halfway through the season.
“In any case, in football you never know, anything can happen.”
