West Ham star Michail Antonio could earn second new deal after his sensational early-season form
The 26-year-old has made an electric start to the campaign by notching five goals despite his side’s poor start to the campaign.
West Ham handed the 26-year-old a new four-year contract in July.
But Antonio, who has broken into the England squad this season, could be about to be offered a new and improved deal to reward his form, according to the Daily Mirror.
Hammers boss Slaven Bilic revealed last month that he held talks with Antonio following his maiden international call-up to try and ensure he keeps his feet on the ground.
Bilic said: “We’ve had a few talks. Make no mistake, he was confident before, he’s a very confident lad.
“All he has to do now is not to change – not to change the way he plays, the way he trains, everything, and we have to help him with that.”
