Leeds manager Garry Monk is weighing up a January move for West Ham striker Ashley Fletcher, according to The Sun.
The Championship side are said to be interested in signing the youngster, having been linked with the 21-year-old in the summer before he joined the Hammers from Manchester United.
Fletcher impressed during a five month loan spell with Barnsley last season, scoring six goals during that time.
Despite leaving the Premier League heavyweights, Fletcher has found game time in east London equally limited.
He’s managed just five appearances for Slaven Bilic’s men and is yet to find the net.
Whites boss Monk has largely used only two strikers this season in Chris Wood and Marcus Antonsson, with Souleymane Doukara falling down the pecking order.
His side have scored just 14 goals in 14 league games and is desperate to bolster his ranks with some much needed firepower to help mount a push towards the promotion places.
