Leicester City are monitoring developments at Inter Milan following reports Gabriel Barbosa is unhappy at the club.
The Leicester Mercury cites Italian sources that claim Barbosa is unhappy at a lack of playing time at the San Siro – he has played just 16 minutes of league football this season.
The Brazilian only moved to Inter in the summer, for a fee in the region of £25m. Chelsea have also been mentioned as potential suitors should he become available.
City were repeatedly linked with the 20-year-old during the summer, although Claudio Ranieri said it was agent talk.
“It is speculation,” he said in August. “For two months this Barbosa is wanted by all the world and in those two months no one buys Barbosa. I don’t understand, why?”
Inter have no plans to let Barbosa leave in January but he may force a move if his situation does not change.
