Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has made enquiries about the availability of AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, according to reports in Corriere dello Sport.
The Italian sports daily says Conte has discussed the possible purchase of the 17-year-old, who has already been capped by the Azzurri.
However, the Blues maybe put off by the Rossoneri’s €170m valuation of the player, who is contracted to San Siro until the summer of 2018
Gianluigi Donnarumma , who recently made his senior Italy debut, has been touted as Gianluigi Buffon’s long-term successor.
Donnarumma is expected to sign a new contract with AC Milan on his 18th birthday, on February 25, 2017, while his agent Mino Raiola recently described the shot stopper as a “masterpiece.”
