President Muhammadu Buhari is presently holding a closed-door meeting with governors elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The meeting, which is holding inside the President’s office at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, is having the Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo in attendance.

Chief Rochas Okorocha, the Chairman of the Progressives Governors Forum, who doubles as the governor of Imo State, led the other governors to the meeting.
Some governors at the meeting include those of Ogun, Kogi, Kaduna, Edo, Zamfara, Benue, Sokoto and Kano among others.
While a number of state governors including Lagos and Nassarawa are being represented by their deputies.
The topic of discussion remains unknown as at the time of filing this report.
However, tentative reports have it that the APC governors may have been displeased by some of the actions of the president which may not have been favourable to them.
